This course, spread over three years, aims at the development of an appropriate pastoral vocabulary necessary for ministry in the Hindi speaking areas. The course is divided into three: basic, advanced, and classic. The basic course is meant for beginners and consists of elementary grammar and vocabulary. The advanced course is addressed to those who have some basic knowledge of the language. Accent would be placed on essay writing, composition, reading practice and translation of ordinary texts. The classic course is meant for those who have rather good knowledge of Hindi. At this level the emphasis would be on creative compositions and especially on the translation of Church documents.
